I have been to many training classes over the last 20 years both in-house at AT&T and from external vendors. While instructors can be fine trainers, they most often lack the practical knowledge to apply the technology. The examples you all provided for us in all the different courses were so beneficial to my understanding the material and applying it to real world applications. You were always able to answer questions outside of the course material and it is apparent that you have real world experience with the technology.
Everyone at SetFocus has been great. I don’t know if it was luck, or there was a method to the madness, but I would also like to thank whoever planned out the teams for the final project. My group was so well suited to work together, it was a not really stressful on us at all! We are very proud of all we had accomplished and I will miss working with them.
