McMillen Promoted To Director Of Sales DevelopmentNovember 9, 2007 Parsippany, NJ – Today, SetFocus announced the promotion of Vivian McMillen to Director of Sales Development. She will be responsible for hiring and training all Master’s Program admissions representatives. McMillen joined SetFocus in June 2006 as a part-time admissions representative. She later moved into a full time position and was shortly promoted to Senior Admissions Specialist, having helped nearly 65 IT professionals revamp their careers. “With our upcoming Partner Program Launch in January and the SharePoint Masters Program in February, it’s clear that we will need a larger staff to accommodate the future interest and activity. We selected Vivian McMillen for this new role based on her stellar performance as an Admissions Specialist, but also because she has excelled as a teacher for new staff. She has been a constant source of energy and optimism, and has gradually become a go-to staff member for questions and information. This new role is a critically important piece of the 2008 puzzle,” says Jon Lefkowitz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. It is no coincidence that McMillen is a natural mentor. Prior to SetFocus, McMillen was an elementary school teacher in Baltimore County, MD. She received her bachelor’s degree from Towson University in elementary education and later received her master’s degree in special education from Johns Hopkins University.
