SetFocus Graduate Releases Visual Studio Visualizer, MoleJanuary 10, 2008 Parsippany, NJ – Today, SetFocus was notified that one of its Master’s Program graduates, Karl Shifflett, has released a Visual Studio visualizer called “Mole v4". Mole is a tool designed to allow developers to view objects or data, as well as to drill and edit the properties of such objects using a customized interface. Shifflett partnered up with Josh Smith and Andrew Smith to create Mole. The visualizer has been tested on WPF, WCF, WinForms and ASP.NET projects on Vista, XP Pro, x32, x64, VS2005 and VS2008, C# and VB.NET. Mole has been widely received by the public. Developers industry-wide have begun utilizing Mole as a visualizer and the tool has been blogged about by everyone in the industry ranging from Technorati.com to Microsoft. Karl trained in the SetFocus Master’s Program in 2003 and was soon certified as an MCAD. He has worked as a Systems Administrator, Exchange Administrator, Web Master, DBA, and is currently a .NET Developer / Architect. He has been recognized for technical excellence, strategic thinking, creative solutions, strong analytical skills, and business logic. Recently, he was honored in the programming industry receiving such awards as the Code Project MVP and communitycredit.com First Prize award.
