SetFocus Launches Business Intelligence Master's Program Track
SetFocus Kicks Off Second New Track for 2007
March 23, 2007 Parsippany, NJ – SetFocus, a Microsoft Gold Certified
Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), kicked off another new training program this
month for professionals interested in Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. To
date, the organization has offered The Master's Program, an intense and in-depth
approach to software developer training, in both SQL Server and .NET. However, due
to an ever-growing industry demand for professionals with knowledge in the gathering,
accessing, and analyzation of information relating to business operations, SetFocus
has launched a third Master's Program track solely focused on Microsoft Business
Intelligence tools and education. Like the other Master's Program tracks that are
offered, the training will combine technical knowledge with the services of a proven
career development strategy.
On June 25, 2007, the first class for the Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) track
will kick off. Unlike the other 13-week long Master's Programs offered at SetFocus,
this new track will initially be six weeks in length. The course curriculum will
cover all aspects of the BI Model, including: Defining Business Requirements, Designing
the Business Process Dimensional Model, SQL Server 2005 Development and Management
Tools, Developing Microsoft Business Intelligence Applications, Deploying and Managing
the Business Intelligence System, Advanced Analysis Services, and MS Office SharePoint
Server 2007. Along with the intensive curriculum, students will also be applying
what they learn to 5 different team projects. Using this hands-on learning approach,
SetFocus believes that the professionals-in-training will gain a solid and comprehensive
understanding of the course material.

to the next level in their careers by learning to design and develop business intelligence
systems that help reduce the complexity of organizing and distributing information
