Career Development Program

An integral part of The Master's Program's success is our comprehensive, customized career development program.  The Master's Program includes individual career services, coaching and placement services as part of their SetFocus training experience.

The Career Development Program consists of two parts:

Career Services
Every Master's Program student is provided with critical job search and personal marketing strategies to obtain interviews and secure job offers.  SetFocus will provide the guidance, support, and tools necessary to increase visibility, employability and career resiliency.

Placement Services
SetFocus works with organizations to understand their specific hiring needs.  Since 1997, over 300 companies across the country have hired SetFocus graduates because they have seen the results of The Master's Program training.  SetFocus markets students directly to its network of hiring partners and recruiters facilitating introductions, interviews and follow ups.
