Since the introduction of The GRID® in 2005, SetFocus has been part of the Green Revolution, reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere with each graduating class.

  • One single daytime GRID® student would commute 63 round trips, saving a total of 1700 pounds of hydrocarbons from being released into the atmosphere. 
        
  • One single evening GRID® student would commute 105 round trips, saving a total of 2800 pounds of hydrocarbons from being released into the atmosphere.
        
  • Since late 2005 up until early this year, The GRID® has had a total of 60 day and 28 evening students.
      
  • By the end of 2007, The GRID® will have prevented 181,000 pounds of hydrocarbons from being released into the atmosphere.
        
  • With every graduating class from this point forward, current forecasts point to approximately 65,000 pounds of hydrocarbons being saved per quarter with more usage of The GRID®.
      
  • By the year 2010, SetFocus will have prevented approximately 1.5 Million pounds of hydrocarbons from entering the atmosphere.
