User Groups

In an effort to bring .NET and SQL Server information to the software developer community we have partnered with and have become the meeting place for a number of New Jersey based User Groups.  For details, upcoming speakers, and more click on the panel bar to the left.

Northern New Jersey .NET User Group
Meeting since March 2003, the mission of N³UG is to develop Northern New Jersey’s software development community. An INETA charter member, our goal is to bring together .NET developers, architects, managers, and individuals with an interest to hear industry leaders and guest speakers in a forum which promotes an exchange of knowledge and experiences within the .NET development platform. 

New Jersey SQL Server User Group
The New Jersey SQL Server User Group is a member of both PASS as well as INETA.  Focus of the group is centered around Data Tier Development which includes: Analysis Services(aka Olap), Reporting Services, Intergration Services(aka DTS) and Database Development.

Business Intelligence User Group
Business Intelligence is now one of the most exciting and cutting-edge technologies being implemented in today’s IT community. SetFocus would like to organize a new User Group based on Business Intelligence. The goal of the User Group will be to educate, share industry knowledge, and allow members to take advantage of peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities. We are looking for volunteers to help organize and launch this new group. Please contact us if you are interested in helping to develop or run the new BI User Group.

Sharepoint User Group
Sharepoint is the fastest-selling server in Microsoft history and everyday more and more developers are increasing their skillsets by training in Sharepoint. In order to encourage the development and use of Sharepoint, SetFocus would like to host a new Sharepoint User Group. The Sharepoint User Group will be a forum that developers can utilize in order to exchange ideas, mingle with like-minded individuals with similar professional interests, and discuss the exciting advances in Microsoft technology. Again, if you would like to assist in the creation, implementation, and direction of this group, please let us know.
