SetFocus is seeking individuals for both staff trainer positions as well as being part of an exclusive, select group of contract instructors from which we will draw to provide training on both regionally and nationally.

SetFocus is a recognized leader in the software developer training industry; we have ever-increasing and continuing demands for the services of highly skilled, well-qualified instructors.

We are looking for extremely capable and dependable MCTs with solid skills and impeccable credentials who are interested in partnering with us to take advantage of these on-going opportunities.

We are particularly looking for instructors with experience instructing all levels of: 

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – Development and DBA.
• Microsoft .NET Technologies (C#, ASP. NET, ADO.NET, XML)
• Microsoft .NET Framework
• Microsoft .NET Architecture
• Biztalk and Sharepoint

Required qualifications are:

• Extensive, verifiable experience delivering technical training to Microsoft Partners and/or the professional IT market.
• MCDBA / MCITP and MCT credentials.
• Verifiable, top-notch evaluation scores
• A minimum of 2-3 years instructing in a Microsoft training center environment.
• High level, big picture understanding of Microsoft products, technical concepts and current strategic directions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills, as well as exceptional classroom management skills
• The ability to prep for new courses quickly and thoroughly
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm in the classroom
• Hands-on, real world experience using Microsoft SQL Server – both in the fields of development and database administration - HUGE PLUS
• Willingness to travel

Other requirements:

• Copies of your evaluation scores for at least the past six months
• Solid, recent references from other Microsoft certified training centers at which you have taught
