The Master’s Program:  Admissions

Every quarter, SetFocus reviews approximately 3000 applications from around the world looking for up to 60 individuals who meet our requirements. SetFocus' admissions staff is devoted to scouting out individuals with high aptitude, previous programming background and knowledge in their chosen technology.  It is not an easy task. As an applicant, you will go through an in-depth admissions process. Our Application Process: Fill out an online application Take an on-line assessment Technical Interview  SetFocus Admissions Team decision In addition to the process above the admissions team reviews each individual applicant for aptitude, experience, communication skills, presentation, passion, and drive. There are 2 ways in which you can attend the Master's Program. Consulting-Based Option   Have you seen our ads on one of the internet job boards?  That's because, each quarter The Master's Program awards several consulting based positions. Under the consulting option, the individual will not pay for his / her training costs, but may be obligated to work for SetFocus as an employee for up to 24 months. Qualifications for this type of acceptance are different from our tuition based acceptance, as the individual must have at least two years of experience as a programmer. Tuition-Based Option   The majority of Master’s Program students attend on a tuition basis.  You can do so by taking a deferrable student loan . The training focuses extensively on the use of .NET, SQL Server and Business Intelligence  technologies for enterprise-wide development. In addition, you will receive invaluable knowledge on creating a job search strategy so you can successfully hit the job market after completing the program. Our statistics show that 95+% of our Master's  Program graduates accepted a job offer within the 3 months following their graduation.
