Our students are our greatest asset and their success is Theresa’s success. Theresa strives to work with our students and alumni to develop the most comprehensive and individually specific employment tools and strategies necessary to enable them to pursue and secure their desired career opportunities. 

Theresa brings to SetFocus numerous years in Human Resources and Career Services, with a particular emphasis in corporate training and recruiting.  Additionally, Theresa specializes in event design and planning and has worked with universities and employers to host career fairs and corporate functions.  

Theresa looks forward to using this experience to successfully build and develop relationships- with our students, our alumni and prospective employers-to ensure a continuous cycle of success for everyone.
