The following rentals have proved to be quite successful for our students.BOONTON 2 rooms available in private home on fine Cul de Sac
neighborhood of Boonton, within easy commuting distance to
SetFocus. Each room is fully furnished and includes; linens, towels, small
refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Rooms share a private bath. Rooms
range in price from $125-100 / week. No security necessary. For more

1 room available in new house, located in Boonton Township, only seven miles from Parsippany. Owner is a non smoker, clean/neat, with two quiet small dogs. (People that do not necessarily like dogs love these dogs because they are so well behaved!) The house is 3,100 sq ft. The first floor is an open floor plan with two living rooms, one with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen dining area and a kitchen, and a half bath. The upstairs has one and half baths, two bedrooms and and open 10' x 10' area used as an office with high speed internet. Everything is less then two years old. PARSIPPANY John Caruso owns a guest house in Parsippany with reasonable rates for furnished rooms. SetFocus students have been staying at this location for over 7 years. It is only about 5 minutes from the office (or a 20 minute brisk walk) off of Lake Parsippany. For more details on rates, questions about the accommodations, etc, please phone him at the number below: Office: 973-408-9295 MORRIS TOWNSHIP Kathy and Paul have a fully furnished suite of rooms for rent in their
home in nearby Morris Township, NJ. The rent is $800 per month plus $50
utilities. It includes one bedroom, full bath, large living/dining room,
office nook, two private entrances and your own private patio. Includes basic
cable, microwave, mini-fridge, heat, hot water, and air conditioning, as well
as use of washer/dryer. Has storage, off street parking. A garage
space is optional for an additional $100 per month.
CORPORATE HOUSING ALTERNATIVE You may also contact Cecilia Van Orden, who can arrange
housing for you. She has studio, guest rooms, and furnished 1 to 2 bedroom
apts. All of her accommodations will be furnished and you should contact her
directly to make arrangements. She can find accommodations in the $600/ month
range, and she can also find fancier accommodations, if preferred.
