This month the Northern New Jersey Association for
Women in Computing (AWC) welcomes Caren Levine, Founder
and Principle Consultant of Etheoreal and Theresa Billy,
Director of Corporate Communications and Strategy of SetFocus.

Caren N. Levine is the founder and principal consultant of
Etheoreal, a consulting agency specializing in educational media and
technology. In addition to developing a series of online resources for
educators and exploring uses of open source software for learning, Caren is
also active in the Second Life educational community. She has taught graduate
level courses and professional development workshops in the field of
educational technology in face-to-face and online settings.
Caren blogs about education and technology, and has written a dissertation case
study of online learning for professional development. Caren holds an ASTD
