Business Intelligence (BI) Support  ::  Shane Chubbs

Shane Chubbs joined the SetFocus Instruction team in mid-2008 with over 16 years experience working with different Business Intelligence tools. As a member of the Business Intelligence (BI) Support team , Shane specializes in Business Intelligence projects and working with students. He has taught MDX; SSRS; and MOPS, MOSS, and EWS; and is working towards becoming a full time instructor.

Prior to joining SetFocus, Shane attended the United States Air Force Academy and managed Combat Aircraft Maintenance System (CAMS) and CAMS for Airlift (G081) databases. After being medically retired from the Air Force, he conducted consulting services in the Dallas, TX, area creating solutions for specific Y2K issues. He was then a Systems Security Analyst for TOTAL Petrochemicals USA, specializing in personnel account information correlation studies between AD, SQL and SAP databases related to Sarbanes/Oxley requirements. 

To upgrade his skill set to Microsoft's latest BI tools, he excelled in and graduated from the SetFocus Master's Program: Business Intelligence Track.

Shane currently resides in Rowlett, TX (DFW area) and works with students remotely via The GRID.
